Refund Policy – Bali Visa Japanese
Last Updated: October 26, 2023
Introduction
At Bali Visa Japanese, operated by Juara Holding (balivisajapanese.com), we are dedicated to providing expert visa consulting and facilitation services for individuals and businesses seeking to obtain various types of visas for Indonesia. We understand that circumstances can change, and this Refund Policy is designed to clearly outline the conditions under which refunds may be issued for the services you purchase from us. We encourage all clients to read this policy thoroughly before engaging our services to ensure a clear understanding of our terms and conditions.
Our commitment is to transparency and fair practice, ensuring that you are fully informed about your rights and responsibilities when it comes to cancellations and refunds.
Our Services
Bali Visa Japanese specializes in a comprehensive range of Indonesian visa services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, initial consultation, detailed assessment of eligibility, meticulous preparation of application forms, guidance on required documentation, review of supporting materials, assistance with government fee payments (where applicable and upon client instruction), and the submission of your application to the relevant Indonesian government or immigration authorities. We act as a professional intermediary, leveraging our expertise to streamline the often complex visa application process. While we strive to achieve the highest possible success rates through diligent work, it is crucial to understand that the final decision regarding visa approval rests solely with the Indonesian immigration authorities.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
1. Refund Eligibility Before Government Submission (80% Refund)
You are eligible for a partial refund if you decide to cancel your visa application request *before* Bali Visa Japanese has officially submitted your application to the Indonesian government or any relevant immigration authority. This critical juncture signifies the point at which our primary preparation and administrative work is complete, but the irreversible government processing has not yet commenced.
In such cases, an 80% refund of the service fee paid to Bali Visa Japanese will be issued. The remaining 20% will be retained as an administrative and processing fee. This fee covers the initial consultation, expert advice provided, document review, pre-application checks, communication, and the significant allocation of resources and labor involved in preparing your application up to the point of potential submission. To qualify for this refund, a written refund request must be received by us via email *before* the official timestamp of your application’s submission to the government.
2. Refund Eligibility After Government Submission (0% Refund)
Once your visa application has been officially submitted to the Indonesian government or immigration authorities, no refunds will be issued for our service fees. This policy is in place because, at this stage, Bali Visa Japanese has fully rendered its primary service – the meticulous preparation, submission, and initial liaison with the authorities on your behalf. The costs associated with processing, the irreversible nature of government application processes, and the administrative effort expended mean that we cannot recover our expenses or labor once the application is in the hands of the authorities. This includes situations where government fees (if paid by Bali Visa Japanese on your behalf) are non-refundable by the government itself.
Non-Refundable Circumstances & Exclusions
In addition to the “after government submission” rule, the following circumstances also render our service fees non-refundable:
- Visa Rejection by Immigration Authorities Not Due to Our Fault: If your visa application is rejected by the Indonesian immigration authorities, and this rejection is *not* due to an error, negligence, or oversight directly attributable to Bali Visa Japanese, our service fees are non-refundable. We provide expert guidance and meticulous preparation, but the final decision on visa approval rests solely with the government, based on their evolving criteria, discretion, and internal policies.
